experience, Kevin views his craft as an art form. As in fine arts,  a true
craftsman spends a lifetime learning and  years perfecting skills so that the
finish product may be viewed in high regard. Rare Arts was formed  to  
provide a better level of professionalism, a compilation of exceptional
craftsmanship with emphasis on prideful service . Personalized Project/
Construction Management, Implementation and Follow Through. So goes
the Rare Arts motto " Unmatched Service, Uncommon Results."  If
exceeding expectations is what you desire, than you are in good hands.

Rare Arts has expanded to include " SnowBird Rest"  an Estate
Management Firm, to further assist our client base with all their home
improvement and absentee maintenance needs.

Rare Arts is proud to have been selected to facilitate the Design/Build  of
Element Groove Recording Studios. This project is on going and will
include live and engineering rooms with an isolation booth for percussion,
acoustic and lead vocals.

Cordova : 700 sq. ft. Addition, open great room, kitchen island.
Sweetwater : Structural whole house remodel, Detached guest casita.
Awatukee : Interior wall removal, kitchen, and Utility room relocate.
